Tour-Specific Data: Dietary requirements, allergies, medical conditions relevant to tour safety, or accessibility needs — disclosed voluntarily by you and used solely for service delivery.

Marketing (Consent-Based Only): Photos or videos taken during your tour may be used for promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time (see Section 6).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only as strictly necessary:
Third-Party Suppliers: Local transport providers, boat operators, venues, and activity partners — only the minimum data required to deliver your booked service.
Insurance Providers: Passenger details required to activate mandatory accident coverage during tours.
Payment Processors: Secure gateways to facilitate transaction processing. These providers maintain their own data protection standards.
Regulatory Authorities: Only when legally compelled by Thai law, court order, or government regulation, and only to the extent required.

Minors: Parents or guardians must expressly consent before any minor is photographed for marketing purposes.
