1) Definitions

  • Booking: Your reservation for any Service.

  • Pay-As-You-Go / Guide-Only Service: A specific tour model where the fee covers only the professional guide's time and curation. All other personal expenses (transport, food, tickets) are paid directly by the Guest on-site.

  • Third-party supplier: Independent providers (e.g., hotels, boat companies, venues, attraction operators).

2) Scope of Services

  • 2.1 We provide local tours, guides, and private itineraries in Thailand.

  • 2.2 Guide-Only Disclaimer: For bespoke private tours, our Service is limited to professional guiding and navigation. Guests are responsible for their own budget for on-the-spot expenses as described in the tour details.

3) Prices & Payment Processing Fees

  • 3.1 Prices are in Thai Baht (THB).

  • 3.2 Non-Refundable Fees: All online payments include third-party processing fees (e.g., Rezgo, Stripe, PayPal). In any refund scenario, these processing fees (typically 8% of the total amount) are strictly non-refundable as they are retained by the payment providers.

4) Cancellation & Refund Policy (πŸ”₯ Highlighted Section) If a specific tour page has a stricter policy (e.g., non-refundable tickets or private charters), that policy overrides this standard policy.

  • 4.1 How to Cancel: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp and are only effective once we confirm receipt.

  • 4.2 Standard Refund Schedule:

    • 7+ days before tour date/time: Full refund (minus the non-refundable 8% payment processing/bank fees).

    • 3–6 days before: 50% refund.

    • Less than 48 hours / Same day / No-show: No refund.

  • 4.3 Non-Refundable Components: Regardless of the schedule above, certain costs are 100% non-refundable once booked, including but not limited to: attraction/museum tickets, private vehicle charters, and special permits. These will be deducted before any partial refund is calculated.

  • 4.4 Platform Bookings (Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, etc.): If you booked via a third-party platform, their specific cancellation policy applies, and all refund requests must be handled through that platform.

5) Rescheduling, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • 5.1 Rescheduling: We will attempt to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. Price differences (e.g., peak dates) or non-transferable supplier costs may apply.

  • 5.2 Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late to the designated meeting point and unreachable, it will be treated as a No-Show with no refund.

  • 5.3 Replacement Transport: If you miss a pickup/meeting point due to your own delay, any costs for replacement transportation to catch up with the tour are your responsibility.

6) Weather, Safety & Force Majeure

  • 6.1 If we cancel due to severe weather, safety risks, government restrictions, or force majeure: We will offer a reschedule, travel credit, or a refund of the refundable portion (depending on what has already been committed to third-party suppliers).

7) Data Privacy & PDPA (Alignment with Privacy Policy)

  • 7.1 Personal Data: We collect and process your personal data (Name, WhatsApp, Nationality, Passport for insurance) strictly to facilitate your booking as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • 7.2 Data Sharing: You consent to us sharing necessary details with third-party suppliers and insurance providers only as required to deliver the Service.

  • 7.3 Photos & Marketing: We may take photos/videos during tours. Under PDPA, you have the right to opt-out. Please inform your guide before the tour starts if you do not wish to be photographed.

8) Refund Processing Time

  • 8.1 Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. However, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank’s or card issuer's policies.

9) Governing Law

  • 9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
